The Silicon Valley Leadership Group sought to revitalize organizational signature events, create new experiences for attendees and explore new fundraising event themes. Through the development of a new events team we re-imagined 9-10 high-impact branded opportunities aligned with association business goals and community interests. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events of more than 1, 200+ attendees, the event team provided insightful and memorable experiences, learning, and networking for members, electeds and the community at large.
Through collaboration with the CEO, the team invested in upscaling event branding through refreshed cohesive designs, succinct messaging, and print and digital opportunities enticing attendees and sponsors to join the business experience. Our team of event branding experts were laser-focused on the details and implementation from origination, scripting, collateral design to the day of experience in small or large events, advisory/board meetings and series-model events.
We offered a variety of in-house event branding strategies for the signature events and began to extend pilot templates and services to policy led events as well including creative direction, design, copywriting and message development for event theme identities, invitations, programs, signage, displays and collateral; advertising, recognition; web presence and communications for event registration websites, social media and collateral; onsite décor rentals and contracting and catering.
